Vincent served two years as Captain US Army Intelligence, in Washington D.C. After the military Vincent worked in a family run tax advisory business for 22 years. Vincent then worked at Lawrence Capital Management in NY as a portfolio manager until joining Private Capital Advisors, Inc.
Vincent has been a portfolio manager at Private Capital for over 20 years. Over his career, Vincent has developed a very keen sense for the markets, asset allocation, tax planning, and has helped guide many clients through important decisions in their lives.
Vincent studied Finance at Georgetown University,
graduating in the class of 1962.
Outside of the office: Vincent is a founding trustee of the
Baker Scholars program at Georgetown University.

Chairman & President of Private Management & Consulting Group, and a Managing Director of Private Capital Advisors, Inc. He also runs the Family Office Services group and tax advisory businesses of Private Management Services.
Mr. Andrews has over 50 years in the investment and investment advisory industry with a business background that includes: tax planning, estate planning, real estate development, asset management strategy and allocation, and strategic consulting of complex financial matters.
Prior to joining PMCG, Mr. Andrews graduated from Georgetown University in 1968 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Georgetown University Law Centre in 1971.

Mr. Kissel joined the firm in 2024 and brings over 24 years of experience in finance and investments. In addition to his role as Director, Portfolio Manager, he also acts as a Senior Research Analyst.
Beginning in 2005, he was a Senior Equity Analyst focused on the energy industry with both Howard Weil, Inc., a New Orleans, LA based energy investment boutique, and the Bank of Nova Scotia. Immediately prior to joining, Peter served as the Head of U.S. Corporate Access and Development for the Bank of Nova Scotia for four years. He was also a Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley in New York in the beginning of his career. Peter received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rollins College in 2000 and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Tulane University in 2005.

Mr. Andrews serves as Managing Director at PCAM as well as President & Portfolio Manager at Private Capital Advisors, Inc. where he is responsible for over $700 million of Assets Under Management. Mr. Andrews is also the Managing Member of Private Capital Strategies, where he runs Bayberry-West Partners, L.P. the firm’s alternative asset platform investing in: Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Venture Capital.
Prior to joining Private Capital Advisors, Mr. Andrews worked as a research associate for Kaufman Bros., a boutique investment bank focusing on Technology, Media, and Telecom. At Kaufman, he covered IT Hardware & Storage companies, Clean Technologies companies, and Digital Media Software companies. Matthew worked at Kaufman Bros. from ’07 –’09. Matthew left Kaufman and joined Private Capital Advisors, Inc. as a research analyst in ‘09.
Matthew is married, lives in Waccabuc, NY, and in his free time enjoys: cycling, squash, golf, reading, and has an active love for the markets.
Mr. Andrews holds a B.A. from Loyola University Maryland where he studied Economics and Political Science.

Mr. Morse also serves as the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Investment Officer, and the Senior Portfolio Manager of Morse Asset Management, Inc. (“MAM”). He was formerly the Chairman of CG Funds Trust, Portfolio Manager of the CG Core Total Return Fund, and a Managing Director of CG Asset Management LLC. Rob has been working with high-net-worth and institutional clients for over 18 years. Prior to joining the firm, Rob spent four years managing money at Merrill Lynch. From 2007 to 2011, Mr. Morse worked at UBS Investment Bank managing institutional investor relationships. Rob began his career in 2003 with Morse, Williams and Co., Inc., a registered investment advisor. Mr. Morse received a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Policy with a focus in Economics from Colby College in 2003.

Mr. McLaughlin is the Chief Compliance Officer, a Principal and Executive Vice President of MAM, and was formerly the EVP of CG Asset Management LLC. He has well over a decade of experience in serving high net worth individuals, families and related institutions. Prior he was a Vice President and Wealth Advisor at Evercore Wealth Management. He joined Evercore in 2010 following the firm’s merger with Morse, Williams and Co., Inc., a registered investment advisor. Andrew is a financial principal of the firm, focused on relationship management and selected research. Andrew graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.

Jian also serves as a Portfolio Manager at Morse Asset Management Inc. and was formerly a Managing Director of CG Asset Management LLC. Prior to that, Jian was involved in Investment Research and Trading at Evercore Wealth Management as a Vice President. He has over 27 years of experience, including seven years as the head trader at the Wall Street Fund and a portfolio manager and Principal at Morse, Williams & Co, Inc. His prior positions include options trading, administrative work at the Mechanical Engineering Department of Tung-Ji University in Shanghai and sales for Siemens, also in Shanghai.
Jian graduated from Long Island University in 1991 and received an M.B.A. in Finance from the New York Institute of Technology in 1995.

Mr. Cushing is a Vice President of MAM, and was formerly with CG Asset Management LLC. James has a decade of experience serving high net worth individuals, families and related institutions at Fiduciary Trust Company International. At Fiduciary Trust, he served as a relationship associate. James supported multiple portfolio managers and was directly responsible for responding to client requests and inquiries ranging from investment management, account administration and reporting, taxation, and trusts and estate planning. James attended Trinity College and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.

Ms. Adelman is a Principal and Vice President of MAM, and was formerly an Associate at CG Asset Management LLC. She has over 16 years experience in the financial industry, having started her financial career in the biotech area of the Equity Research department of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. before working alongside the investment advisor, John Paulson, at Paulson & Co. Inc. for years. Lauren has since been employed in the Private Equity sector. Ms. Adelman graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry with a focus on Anthropology, and spent two years in the M.D. program at the George Washington University School of Medicine.
